Kia “Share Some Soul”

Method collaborated on an epic dance battle between the Kia Hamsters and two robot armies. Dancers in practical suits were filmed for the hamster scenes, and their heads, hats and hands replaced and recreated digitally by Method. The robot armies’ dancing was based on a motion capture shoot then further refined for more mechanical movements. Method also created the desolate environment and additional effects work including blasts from alien guns, smoke and particles for explosions, the strobe light from the Mothership and dust kicked up by dancing.
