A dynamic take on the Excalibur myth, the movie features sweeping scale and high-intensity fight scenes. Method created CG cities and creatures, a massive 30-second CG shot during the climatic battle sequence and hero digital doubles, as well as significant set extensions, explosions and crowds. Method choreographed the battle sequence in previs artists created a CG Arthur using body scans for reference, then brought the digital double to life with keyframe animation and mocap. Method also designed establishing shots of Londinium.
